You can obtain community (free) support for Perceus, Warewulf and the other Infiscale open source projects on the Infiscale.org E-Mail list services page at http://lists.infiscale.org.

IRC

Internet Relay Chat (IRC) us a real time communication tool (chat), which facilitates fast troubleshooting and development. Because it is real time and at any given time, people are logged in from around the world make it a very powerful tool. IRC, has a major drawback of not archiving and support of threaded conversations, so it should not be used for critical decisions that should be discussed throughly (use E-mail lists for that). It is however amazing useful for realtime development and support.

 
Our IRC channels (rooms) are located on http://www.freenode.net and can be connected to via several different client programs:

• pidgin
• mozilla-chat
• xchat
• and many others

To connect to our channels, use the following:

 SERVER=irc.freenode.net
 PORT=6667
 CHANNELS=#perceus,#warewulf 

Bugzilla

If you believe you have encountered a bug with Perceus or other Infiscale open-source software, please report it to our Bugzilla bug tracking system. This will allow the developers to gather feedback needed to resolve issues. Prior to adding your discovered bug, please search the database to verify that your bug is unique and has not already been reported. Be as informative in your description of the bug as you can, including the steps taken that causes the bug to occur, if possible, so we can replicate it in troubleshooting.
