About This Portal
The next generation of cluster solutions:
Teaming up with various vendors, scientists, and software developers Infiscale brings the best of several worlds and experiences together making solutions that are not only suitable for a wide range of needs but also capable of surpassing previously held expectations regarding cluster management, scalability, flexibility and even implementing cluster technologies in previously unconsidered environments.
Both Warewulf and Perceus can be built as standalone solutions (monitoring or provisioning respectively), and when combined offer a complete HPC clustering platform.
Update your links, Perceus has a new E-mail list server!
Submitted by u98626 on Fri, 09/04/2009 - 7:33am.The E-mail list used for support questions, comments, and development coordination of the Perceus cluster provisioning software has been moved to a new server to better accommodate our expanding user base. The list is now located at Infiscale's list server, which hosts E-mail lists for other Infiscale projects such as Caos Linux. After all these years, we feel that Perceus should be the primary subject of its E-mail list, rather than sharing a list with its older relative, the Warewulf cluster toolkit.

Please note: Red Hat has an older kernel, no xfs, etc, so please do not mail us for help with xfs on Red Hat. You can get Caos Linux if you want a current kernel, XFS and all the other HPC love you have come to expect.
